Registration for ALCON 2018 is now OPEN.
There are two options for completing the registration:
- Open and print this Mail-In Registration Form, fill it out completely, including the registration fee along with any optional tours, transportation, merchandise and meals. Mail the form(s) and check to the listed address. You will receive a registration acknowledgement by email and/or regular mail.
- Register online by completing the form below. After registering online, you will proceed to PayPal to complete your payment, where you can securely use a credit card or pay using your own PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required if simply using a credit card. After completion of the forms, you will automatically receive by email an acknowledgement of registration with a unique registration number and additional detail about your registration.
After registration, any changes need to be directed to the ALCON Registration team at RegistrationALCON2018@mnastro.org.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee up until June 30th, 2018. After June 30th 2018, there are no cancellations and no refunds. Substitutions can be made by contacting the Registration team at RegistrationALCON2018@mnastro.org.

Do not forget to book your room too! Discounted hotel accommodations at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Mall of America need to be made through the hotel individually. See the Accommodations section to book your room today! The ALCON room block is limited, so book early!

NOTE: SOME FIELD TRIP BUS TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE FIELD TRIP, BUT YOU MUST ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION.
